Perfume Prime provides documentation support for all approved and finalized fragrance formulas. Below is an outline of our policy regarding regulatory and technical documents.
1. Available Documentation
Upon request, we may provide the following:

IFRA Certificate (based on the latest amendment)

Allergen Declaration (in accordance with EU Cosmetic Regulations)

Certificate of Analysis (COA)

Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)
-
Product Specification Sheet
-
Custom compliance documents (depending on target market)
2. Documentation Terms

Documentation is provided only for finalized and approved formulas

All documents are prepared based on the exact formula and batch
-
Preparation time may take 2–5 business days depending on the document type

Documents are delivered in PDF format via email
3. Sample Stage Policy
For unapproved samples or formulas still under development:

IFRA summaries may be shared for preliminary evaluation

Full regulatory documentation is only issued once the formula is finalized and ready for production or sale
4. Confidentiality
All documents reflect proprietary formulas and are subject to confidentiality.
Perfume Prime reserves the right to refuse documentation requests in cases of unauthorized third-party access or suspected misuse.
