Production Policy

This policy outlines the conditions and expectations related to ordering, formulation, and production processes at Perfume Prime.

1. Custom Fragrance Development

All fragrance projects begin with a brief provided by the client. Based on the brief, we develop one or more initial scent directions.
Revisions are possible and included within the project scope unless otherwise agreed.

✅ Note: A signed approval or written confirmation is required before any production begins.

2. Sample Policy

  • Small-size samples (1–10 ml) are available for evaluation.

  • Samples are provided with basic labeling and are not intended for resale.

  • Sample shipping fees may apply depending on destination and quantity.

  • Sample preparation does not guarantee future production unless confirmed in writing.

3. Production Conditions

  • Production begins only after final formula approval and confirmation of quantity, packaging, and payment terms.

  • All formulas are prepared under controlled conditions to ensure consistency and traceability.

  • Estimated production lead time will be communicated upon confirmation.

  • For larger volumes, production may take place via our certified manufacturing partners.

4. Lead Times

Lead times vary based on project type:

  • Custom sample preparation: 3–7 business days

  • Small-batch production (under 5 kg): 5–10 business days

  • Bulk production (5 kg+): 10–20 business days

⏳ Please allow additional time for documentation, compliance checks, or external lab services if requested.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are quoted in [Currency] and do not include VAT, shipping, or testing fees unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments must be made via bank transfer. Production begins only after payment confirmation.

  • Pricing is subject to formula complexity, raw material costs, and volume.

6. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders can be modified within 24 hours of confirmation.

  • Custom productions cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started.

  • Any cancellation after approval may incur material and labor costs.

7. Documentation

Upon request, the following documents may be provided:

  • IFRA certificate

  • Allergen declaration

  • Certificate of Analysis (COA)

  • MSDS

  • Custom regulatory documentation
