Refund Policy

At Perfume Prime, we develop custom-made fragrance oils tailored to each client’s brief. Due to the nature of our products and services, our return and refund policy is as follows:

1. Custom Formulas

All custom fragrance formulas are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started. These formulas are developed specifically for individual clients and cannot be resold or reused.

2. Sample Orders

Sample products (1–10 ml) are intended for evaluation only.
They are non-returnable and are not eligible for refund unless:

  • The sample delivered is incorrect due to our internal error

  • The packaging is damaged and the product is unusable upon arrival

📷 Photo proof may be requested in such cases.

3. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 5 business days of receipt

  • Provide order reference and supporting visuals

  • We will assess and offer replacement where applicable

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation.

  • After production begins, cancellations are not accepted.

5. Refund Method

If a refund is approved, it will be issued via the original payment method within 7 business days.
